2-Day Bursa and Sogut Ottoman Heritage Tour Itinerary
Day 1: Bursa Tour
- You will be picked up from your hotel in Istanbul in the morning and travel to Bursa, one of the earliest capitals of the Ottoman Empire.
- Your first visit will be the Grand Mosque, known for its monumental interior, calligraphy and importance in early Ottoman architecture.
- You will then continue to the Green Mosque and Green Tomb, built during the reign of Sultan Mehmed I. Your guide will explain their architectural features and place in Ottoman history.
- The programme also includes Koza Han, the historic silk market that reflects Bursa’s long role in regional trade.
- Depending on the available time, you may also visit the tombs of Osman Gazi and Orhan Gazi and see the historic Inkaya plane tree.
- At the end of the tour, you will be transferred to your hotel.
- Overnight in Bursa.
Day 2: Bilecik and Sogut Tour (Breakfast)
- After breakfast, you will leave Bursa and travel to Bilecik.
