Payment is a breeze with us. Once you paid your deposit with a secure payment link using your choise of credit card, you have the flexibility to pay for your tour in various ways:

• Cash on the day of your tour
• Secure online payment through a provided link
• Bank transfers to our account in USD, Euro, or Turkish Liras currency.

Is my price guaranteed once I pay the deposit?

Yes, absolutely. Once your deposit is successfully paid, your total tour price is locked and guaranteed. The price will only change if you request and add extra services to your existing itinerary.

After paying my deposit, what is the next step?

Once your deposit is successfully processed, you will receive an immediate confirmation email. Shortly after, your dedicated travel consultant will begin the final process of securing all your internal flight tickets, hotels, and expert guides.

What if I need to make changes to my tour after booking?

We understand flexibility is key. We accommodate reasonable changes to your itinerary whenever possible. Please notify your travel consultant in writing as soon as you anticipate a change. Please note that changes made within 20 days of departure may be subject to availability and supplier fees.

Is my personal information and payment data safe?

Absolutely. We utilize secure, SSL-encrypted payment links for all transactions. Your personal information is treated with the highest confidentiality and is used strictly for booking purposes in compliance with local privacy laws.

Can I pay the remaining balance using a different currency?

Yes, for your flexibility, you can pay your remaining balance in your choice of currency. We accept payments in Euros (€), US Dollars ($), or Turkish Lira (TL) for the final amount.

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

We understand that plans may change, and we strive to make our cancellation process as fair and transparent as possible. Our policy differs slightly depending on the type of service booked:

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled event. We work with carefully selected local guides and drivers who plan their day around your booking. Early notice allows them to potentially secure alternative work and helps us maintain our commitment to fair working practices.

🧳 Tour Packages

If you need to cancel your booking, please send a written notification from the lead traveler by acknowledged email. Cancellation fees are calculated based on the number of days prior to departure when your notice is received:

• More than 40 days before departure: A cancellation fee of €50 will apply.
• Between 40 and 20 days before departure: 50% of the total booking value will be charged.
• Less than 20 days before departure or no notice: 100% of the total booking value will be charged.

During public holidays or on special occasions, these terms may be modified. If so, we will notify you in writing before your travel date.

Additional refunds beyond those mentioned above cannot be accommodated, even in cases of force majeure, including but not limited to acts or threats of war, government actions, strikes, civil unrest, fires, public utility failures, medical emergencies, natural or nuclear disasters, or airport closures.

For your peace of mind, consider investing in holiday insurance. Many cancellation fees may be recoverable under the terms of your policy. We highly recommend obtaining one.

Can I tip in my home currency (USD/Euro)?

Yes, you can offer your gratuity in Turkish Lira (TL), Euros (€), or US Dollars ($). All major currencies are easily accepted and highly appreciated.
