Day 1: Gallipoli Tour

You will be picked up from your hotel in Istanbul and travel to the Gallipoli Peninsula, one of the most important battlefields of the First World War.
During the tour, you will visit key memorials and battlefield sites associated with the Gallipoli Campaign, including Brighton Beach, ANZAC Cove, Lone Pine, Chunuk Bair, Johnston’s Jolly, Kabatepe and other important locations.
Your guide will explain the events of the campaign and the experiences of the soldiers who fought here.
At the end of the tour, you will continue to Canakkale.
Overnight in Canakkale.

Day 2: Troy and Pergamon Tour (Breakfast)

After breakfast, you will visit the ancient city of Troy, famous for its connection with Homer’s Iliad and the story of the Trojan War.
You will explore the archaeological remains and learn about the different settlement layers that developed here over thousands of years.
You will then continue to Pergamon, one of the most important ancient cities of the Hellenistic and Roman periods. During the visit, you will explore the archaeological remains and learn about the city’s political, cultural and medical importance in the ancient world.
At the end of the tour, you will continue to Kusadasi.
Overnight in Kusadasi.

Day 3: Ephesus Tour and Transfer to Pamukkale (Breakfast – Dinner)

After breakfast, you will begin your tour of Ephesus, one of the best-preserved ancient cities in the Mediterranean.
You will walk along the marble streets and see major landmarks including the Library of Celsus, Great Theatre, Temple of Hadrian, Agora and other important remains from the Roman period.
The tour also includes the House of the Virgin Mary, traditionally associated with the final years of Mary’s life, and the Temple of Artemis, once one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World.
At the end of the tour, you will travel to Pamukkale.
Overnight in Pamukkale.

Day 4: Pamukkale and Hierapolis Tour and Return to Istanbul (Breakfast)

After breakfast, you will explore Hierapolis, the ancient city built near the thermal springs of Pamukkale.
You will visit important remains including the theatre, necropolis, Roman baths, monumental gates and other structures from the Roman and Byzantine periods.
You will then continue to the white travertine terraces of Pamukkale, where you will have time to walk on the permitted sections and enjoy the views across the valley.
At the end of the tour, you will be transferred to Denizli Airport for your flight to Istanbul.
Upon arrival in Istanbul, you will be met at the airport and transferred to your hotel.

Almost all main entrance fees are included. However, the fee for the Terrace Houses at Ephesus and the swimming fee for Cleopatra's Pool at Pamukkale are not included and must be paid separately at the site if you choose to enter/swim.

What should I wear and bring for the tour?

You will need a variety of clothing: modest attire (shoulders and knees covered) for religious sites (House of Mary). Comfortable walking shoes are essential for the extensive battlefields (Gallipoli) and ancient sites. Bring a swimsuit and towel for Pamukkale, as you will be walking barefoot on the travertines.

Are the sites stroller or wheelchair accessible?
