Itinerary

Take a journey through two of the most significant and legendary sites in Turkey: Gallipoli and Troy. Walk on the battlefields of 1915 on the Gallipoli Peninsula, where ANZAC and Turkish forces fought bravely in World War I. Memorials and monuments stand in remembrance of the sacrifice, and sacrifices on Anzac Day, 25 April, are still recognized. A short distance away is the ancient city of Troy-the stage for the Trojan War and the love story of Helen and Paris phased in Greek mythology. Here, you will be able to view the ruins from the Early Bronze Age to the Byzantine period, including the 6-meter city walls, the Temple of Athena, the Odeon, and a replica of the famous Trojan Horse. Interspersed by olive groves, soft hills, and sparkling Dardanelles, Troy weaves together myth, history, and natural beauty for an unforgettable trip into the tinged world of epic narrative earned through human resilience.
