The longest single-drive segment is from Istanbul to Troy/Assos on Day 2 (approx. 5–6 hours) and the transfers across the central plateau. All travel is managed in comfortable, air-conditioned private vehicles with necessary breaks at historic locations like the Seljuk caravanserai.

As this is a spiritual tour, modest attire is required on all days. While most ancient churches are ruins, your guide can arrange for you to attend a service or spend time for personal prayer and reflection at the House of the Virgin Mary or the Basilica of St. John upon request.

Almost all main entrance fees are included. However, the fee for the Terrace Houses at Ephesus and the swimming fee for Cleopatra's Pool at Pamukkale are not included and must be paid separately at the site if you choose to enter/swim.

The transfers and hotel accommodations are accessible. However, major archaeological sites (Ephesus, Perge, Assos) and the Kaymakli Underground City are generally challenging due to uneven terrain and stairs. Your guide will assist you with the best available routes.

All overnight stays are arranged in centrally located 4-star standard hotels (or equivalent highly-rated specialty accommodation like a cave hotel in Cappadocia).
