Pamukkale, Aphrodisias and Ephesus Tour Program
Day 1: Ephesus Tour
- Early morning, we’ll pick you up from your Istanbul hotel and transfer you to the airport for your flight to Izmir Airport.
- Upon arrival at Izmir Airport, our team member will greet you and take you to Selcuk town for your Ephesus Tour. We’ll start at the humble stone house believed to be the final dwelling of Mother Mary, where she spent her last years in prayer.
- Next, we’ll explore the gates of Ephesus Ancient City, including iconic sites like the Celsus Library, Agora, The Theater, Odeon, Trajan Fountain, Domitianus Temple, Roman Latrines, and Terrace Houses, among others.
- Following a lunch break in Selcuk, we’ll visit the historic Artemis Temple, once counted among the Seven Wonders of the ancient world, before heading to Kusadasi for check-in and an overnight stay.
Day 2: Aphrodisias Ancient City and Pamukkale Tour (Breakfast)
- After breakfast, we’ll check out and journey to Aphrodisias Ancient City, renowned for its well-preserved ruins and extraordinary marble structures sculpted by students from a famed sculpture school. Explore landmarks like Sebasteion, Theater, Agora, Tiberius Portico, Hadrian Baths, Bishop Palace, Aphrodite Temple, Odeon, Stadium, and Tetraphylon. Enjoy free time at the Aphrodisias Museum before our drive to Pamukkale.
- We will have a lunch break in Pamukkale before our exploration of Hierapolis Ancient City, visiting notable spots like the Necropolis, Roman Baths, Domitian Gate, Latrina, Oil Factory, Frontinious Street, Agora, Byzantium Gate, Triton Fountain, Cathedral, Apollon Temple, Plutonium, and Theater.
- A stop at Cleopatra’s Pool offers a chance to swim or relax in its historic waters. Then, a stroll to Pamukkale’s white travertine pools provides time for photos or relaxation in the therapeutic hot springs.
- The tour ends as we transfer you to Denizli Airport for your flight back to Istanbul. Upon arrival in Istanbul, our team member will greet you at the airport and drive you to your hotel.
