Pamukkale

Pamukkale is a fantastic place that will mesmerize you. The listing of UNESCO as a World Heritage Site is, indeed, thrice deserving. This natural splendor lies amid the beautiful Denizli province of Turkey. The terraces are the singular and special characteristic of Pamukkale. Brilliant white travertine is precipitated when thermal waters, waters laden with minerals, flow down the hillside. The Medicinal warm water scenery is indeed unique to this region.
One must not miss the ancient city of Hierapolis, established atop the travertine formations. The formation is a typical Roman spa town with huge ruins like a grand theater and cemeteries like some sort of ancient necropolis. Another jewel in the crown: taking a swim in the Antique Pool, also called Cleopatra’s Pool, amongst submerged Roman columns. Pamukkale is a marvelous combination of natural wonders and rich heritage, making it your sole comrade.
